Who We Are
Moxie Gibsons Consultancy & Training is a specialist Ofsted provider of residential children's homes and semi-independent accommodations and support services for children and young people in care and leaving care.
We support children and young people in care and care leavers to enhance the skills and confidence they require to live independently and manage their past and present traumatic experiences.
We are experienced in providing services for children and young people, we build our service delivery model with a flexible approach to meet the needs of children, young people and local authorities.

With services across London, Essex and Yorkshire, and central office in London, we offer a wide rage of residential and supported living services tailored to meet the unique needs of everyone.
Our aim is to make a lasting impact of the children and young people we support. This could include helping them overcome traumatic experiences or supporting them to achieve their full potential, our commitment is to provide a safe and stable environment, care, and support they need to lead a more fulfilled life.

Our Therapeutic Children's Home
At the heart of our homes there is a deep commitment to providing children and young people with safe and stable environment, and a true sense of belonging.
We prioritise holistic care, making sure every child or young person receives the support they need to enjoy a happy childhood transition, develop essential life skills, succeed in education, and form positive, lasting relationships. Every child or young person has their own bedroom, offering a personal space they can truly call their own. They will have the opportunity to decorate their rooms to reflect their personalities and interests, creating a sense of ownership and comfort.
Our beautiful garden spaces offer a peaceful retreat where young people can enjoy nature, relax and participate in outdoor activities. These green areas are perfect for fostering a sense of tranquillity and well-being.

Empowering Young People for Independent Living. At MGCT Supported Accommodation, our mission is to support young people in developing their independence as they prepare for adulthood; while ensuring they feel safe in a homely and nurturing environment.
Our supported accommodations service supports our young people transition to semi-independent living to have continuity and stability through our stepdown model. We offer portfolios of supported accommodation services in England. Our portfolio is divided into regional Ofsted-registered providers, offering supported accommodation for both 16- and 17-year-olds, as well as young people aged 18 and over. Each young person receives a personalised support plan tailored to their individual goals, needs, and aspirations. We empower young people to build essential life skills, grow in confidence, and access education, training, and employment.
